Anna Grainge helps people return to wholeness by guiding them into deeper connection with body, spirit, and self. Through energy work, sound therapy, somatic work, Tarot, and the wisdom of plant medicine, she creates spaces where healing unfolds gently yet powerfully. Her work nurtures both the physical and energetic body, inviting balance, clarity, and remembrance of your innate wisdom. You already carry the medicine within — Anna simply helps you weave it back into being.
